Wedding Booking

We accept a select amount of wedding bookings per season in order to best serve our clients, offering design consultation, full visual story for your florals and wedding profile to detail all of the unique moments we will create. As a private floral studio, attention detail and curated service is our focus and in order to complete this we require a minimum booking of $2500 during the high season (May - September) or $1500 (October-April)

Pricing

Every clients needs are different, your budget will be determined by the types of pieces you include, the overall design and amount of pieces you need and we’ll be able to work together to.

We focus mainly on Full Service Floral Design during the high season of May-September and have found that the minimum budget requirement we have set best reflects where your budget will begin for these services.

Full Service refers to the following services:

-Consultation, Design Profile and Visual Board

-Bouquets + Personal Flowers

-Ceremony + Reception Details

-Set Up and Delivery, as well as Tear Down if requested

If you are unsure of where to begin in determining your floral budget, the average that most clients can expect to $3000-$4000 for their florals for a Full Service Wedding.

With that being said we are still able to work with most clients in order to utilize their budget effectively - but cannot guarantee that all the items you’re seeking will be able to be accommodated.

Booking Process

To ensure we can accommodate and are the best fit to create the florals for our clients events we will typically book a consultation to meet and discuss your event details either in person or through our online consultation process for non-local clients.

Ideally we will match well with clients looking to create an experience. We focus heavily on the design aspect and how to incorporate unique elements - we’ll discuss palette, themes to include and the overall feel you’d like to create and work with you to develop a design to bring your vision to life.

-During our consultation we’ll discuss design elements and come up with an estimated budget range for what we discuss. Once we finalize details and a budget you are comfortable with you will be provided with a formal quote and contract to complete your booking.

-A minimum booking deposit of 20% the quoted total will be required at the time of booking and is non refundable to hold your wedding date.

-Once we finalize booking we will work with you throughout the months leading up to your wedding date offering design updates, concepts and adjustments. You will be able to make adjustments up until 30 days before your wedding date at which time we will confirm all final details and payment.

Intimate Weddings/Elopements

Based on availability we are also able to accommodate a handful of unique intimate weddings during the high season dates. If you are a client looking for a select few pieces, but are open to design/palette we can create a floral concept customized to you to accent your celebration. If this is a service you are looking to inquire about please note in your details so we can focus on creating something curated for you.

Destination Clients

We are based in Winnipeg, MB but accommodate the surrounding areas of Manitoba and beyond. If you are travelling to Winnipeg for your event or travelling elsewhere we can help to complete your decor. For floral design service outside of Manitoba please list where the Wedding will be taking place (City, Province and Venue) along with your wedding details and we will be able to create a plan for you.

Other Events

We create pieces for many events and celebrations, staging design, commercial/private installation pieces, classes/workshop, collaboration editorials and art direction. Please list the type of event and what pieces you’re looking for. We only take a select handful of projects based on availability.
